Those error windows usually appears when a file is missing or is installed in the wrong folder. If your getting an error message you did something wrong at some point between the unicode and the downloaded files. Try looking for 'TaikenBan' which is the JAPANESE name of RPGMAKER2000 which is REQUIRED for it to work, after getting that you can use the RTP which is posted in several locations on this forum. Nemesis may also be correct, as any of those things can cause problems. Also for when you have any problem. 1- Post time of occurance (what did you do immediately before the error) 2- Post an image of the error message (not always necesarry but very helpful) 3- Post images of the configuration of related items (In this case, unicode settings) 4- Get your story straight (when a problem is fixed, announce that it is fixed, try not to change your story).
